In an effort to make everyone here without an ST hate us bond, let's post pictures of our FiSTs and FoSTs, along with what work has been done to them, if any, and what level (ST1, ST2, or ST3, not sure if the FiSTs have these, actually) they are.

Kinja'd!!!

My stock as hell ST2. Has Rado Gray wheels too. Let's see all yours. There's a ton of us in here.

The stock rear engine mount is WAY too flexible. Any time that you would break traction under power it had violent wheel hop. The stiffer mount from an electric focus doesn't allow the movement this eliminating wheel hop. Completely changes the car.

Ciao! I would love to have those awesome Recaros and the tighter handling of the Fiesta. I wanted a FiST so bad but my Fiat dealer was offering discounted Abarths for a measly $17K. The dang Ford Dealerships wouldn't budge on pricing last year. It was hard to justify the $5-6K difference.

I've got almost 12K miles after 10 months of driving. It has been a perfect little car and it's nice to have the dealer cover the first three oil changes. The performance has been consistent between standard and sport modes. There have been no creaks or rattles with the large sunroof.

One big thing that I really love about the MutliAir motor is the lack of direct injection. The engine compression is a bit lower which translates to a bit more lag and less mileage, but I'll never have to worry about dirty intake valves. I also never get tired of hearing those intake valves open up and overlap with the exhaust valves with the hydraulic valve actuators.

I understand I could do that but I don't want to pay a premium on the car for the seats. have the car sit in the driveway until I find a willing swap since I don't fit in the recaros.

I'd rather be able to buy the car I want (ST1) for ~24K and pocket the difference. Our base model is the ST2 and it's $29,999

I only had them in a snow dusting, never real snow. I had an accident on not good winter tires in another car so I picked up some all seasons quickly. I do like the Goodyears the rest of the year.

The Fiat dealership experience went like this:

"You want to drive an Abarth? Go ahead and take it for a drive, just be back in an hour. . So did you know that we have $6,500 discounts on 2013s? We have several to choose from, take your pic."

Ford Dealership Experience:

Ignored me, ignored me, then asked me to come back tomorrow for a test drive. Test drove and it was awesome. I asked for something better than full MSRP, they gave me a $500 discount while charging me $650 in dealer and doc fees. I called all the dealers in my area, no luck and not enough available cars.

My car (blacky) has 1.25" lowering springs with a very loud air intake. I'm considering a piggyback tuner for 200 hp at the wheels which would require a mechanical limited slip , this is after a Civic SI beat me through a long sweeper (freeway on ramp).

Cool! Thanks for the info! I didn't realize Fiat's Multiair engines weren't direct injected, one less maintenance item to worry about. I love the Abarth, however I worry that the exhaust note (while freaking awesome) may become tiresome and am curious about longterm durability, so I've taken to polling every owner I see on here lol.
